During this time, Serena has driven a multitude of programs for industries spanning the government, construction, resources, engineering, not for profit, sport and hospitality sectors. From FIFO environments facing high safety incidents and low morale, to organisational and cultural development in the public sector, Serena has affected lasting change on the issues facing her clients for more than two decades.
Serena’s style is engaging and supportive. She holds people to account and challenges in an encouraging and safe way; motivating people to achieve their goals. Her ability to empathise has seen her develop and maintain long-lasting relationships. And importantly, her humour and cheekiness thrown in the mix lightens up some fairly heavy and often complex issues.

Environments where people are empowered to perform because they are proud of what they do, to be part of something great, and feel their contribution matters. Where values are modelled through behaviour and individuals support each other – regardless of rank or status, belief or background.
Serena is passionate and driven by witnessing a client reach their personal and professional goals. She has built her career around helping people and organisations because she genuinely cares.
After travelling the world at the age of 25, Serena’s craving for opportunity led her to immigrating to Perth in 1996. Arriving in Australia with only a few dollars in her pocket, Serena’s drive to start again is the experience that has shaped her to be the woman she is today.
She is determined to be the best wife, mum, daughter, sister, friend, neighbour, colleague, leadership coach and facilitator she possibly can be. With a growth mindset and an ongoing desire to learn, Serena believes that with the right environment, right support and right mindset we can achieve anything.

Serena is a down-to-earth kind of girl...
It is no secret that Serena loves to enjoy time with her family and friends. She loves to be outdoors and her greatest joy is to be driving her tractor named ‘John’ in the comfort of her gumboots and jeans.
