I had the privilege of working closely with Serena during my period as Manager of the Buildings Division of Decmil Australia. Serena Easton has been involved with the DDFUA for two seasons now and the impact she has made on all of us has been profound. The group has experienced a tremendous amount of positive growth and self discovery. Not only has Serena helped us all further develop our values from last season, but she has assisted us in creating an environment where we can all be supportive of one another, confidently and politely hold each other accountable in times when we haven’t always lived up to our values, but most importantly be able to be aware of when we should praise one another in times when we have lived our values and demonstrated our pride in being Red and Black.
